This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Goodbars collects when you buy and use a Goodbars eSIM, and how we handle it.

What we collect

We collect your email address so we can deliver your eSIM QR code and activation instructions, and your payment information so we can process your purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor: Goodbars does not store your card details.

Why we collect it

• To fulfil your order and deliver your eSIM.
• To provide customer support if you contact us.
• To keep the records we are legally required to keep (for example, for tax purposes).

Who we share it with

We share personal data with the following subprocessors, each limited to what it needs to provide its service to us:

• Stripe (payment processing): your payment details, so it can process your transaction.
• Google Analytics (website analytics): usage data such as pages viewed and device or browser type, so we can understand how visitors use our site.
• Google Ads (advertising): data about your interactions with our ads, so we can measure and improve our advertising campaigns.
• Intercom (customer support): your messages and browsing data if you use our chat widget, so we can respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which may set cookies or similar technologies on your device to collect usage and advertising data. We also use Intercom to power our support chat widget, which may set its own cookies to keep track of your conversation. You can control or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings.

If you visit us through a partner's referral link, we also set one first-party cookie of our own (gb_aff). It stores only the partner's public code for 3 days so your discount is applied at checkout: no identifier, no browsing history, and nothing shared with third parties.

Data retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as we are legally required to, and delete personal data we no longer need to provide the service or meet those legal obligations.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, matching our Terms of Service.
