These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of a Goodbars eSIM. By buying or activating a Goodbars eSIM, you agree to the terms below.

Goodbars is operated by Offchain Studio, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel, KvK) under KvK number 92717810.

1. Services

Goodbars offers digital eSIMs for mobile connectivity. Availability is subject to your device's compatibility and the underlying carrier network's support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase a Goodbars eSIM. You must also own a compatible, unlocked eSIM device.

3. Account & information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you purchase and activate your eSIM, and you are responsible for keeping that information confidential.

4. Use of service

You must comply with all applicable laws while using the service. Illegal use of the service is not permitted, and misuse may result in suspension or termination of your eSIM.

5. eSIM activation

Activation instructions are provided at the time of purchase. Your plan begins once your eSIM is activated, and you are responsible for installing it correctly following those instructions.

6. Network access

Coverage and connection quality vary by location, the carrier network, and other factors outside our control. Goodbars is not liable for service interruptions caused by these factors.

7. Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Payment is required before your eSIM is delivered, and is processed via a secure third-party payment processor (Stripe).

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All site content and branding belong to Goodbars and may not be used without permission.

10. Liability limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodbars' liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM giving rise to that claim.

11. Changes to terms

Goodbars may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
